FREE SHIPPING WHEN SPENDING €90+ ON CLOTHING ITEMS

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

 

Delivery for orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is normally within 20 working days.

Deliveries take longer when a Sale or Clearance promotion is on.

We deliver to Republic of Ireland  from Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Standard delivery can take up to 20 working days, although most orders arrive sooner.

The current delivery time for personalised (bespoke) items is 20+ days.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Standard delivery on clothing to anywhere in Ireland costs just €6.99

Shipping is FREE when you spend €90 or more! on clothing items

Standard International delivery starts at €9.99.

​

Equipment (Large items) delivery is to anywhere in Ireland and costs a flat rate of €19.95

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVERY MY ORDER?

 

If you are unavailable, we’ll leave a card with contact details so that you can give the courier a call and re-arrange the delivery or arrange to collect your order.

 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

 

Yes, you will need to sign for package.

 

CAN YOU LEAVE MY ORDER WITH A NEIGHBOUR OR IN A HIDING PLACE – LIKE BEHIND THE BIN?

 

Because packages left with neighbours and behind bins often go missing, we don’t allow it. In fact, you will need to sign for your package.

 

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

 

In Ireland, your order will be delivered by Fastway

 

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS READY TO BE DELIVERED?

 

We will send you a text message to let you know when your order will be out for delivery, as long as you have provided your mobile phone number. You can also track your delivery online at Fastway.

 

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

 

Yes, you can track your order online at Fastway.

Return & Exchange Policy

Can I return an item?

 

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition & packaging for a full refund.

Please note that any club garments or items that have been specially made/personalised cannot be refunded unless such garments are faulty. Likewise, once a name or number has been printed on a shirt we cannot offer a refund exchange. As such we encourage customers to contact us for more details on sizing prior to purchase.

How do I return or exchange an item?

 

To return or exchange an item by post:

  • Enclose the following returns slip with your parcel - click here for return slips.

  • Wrap the item(s) securely & always pack in original packaging if the goods are not faulty.

  • ​​

  • Complete and enclose the returns slip that was e-mailed (it is essential you complete the returns slip correctly, or we may not be able to provide a refund).
